Shipping Policy for GuardivaTech

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you order from GuardivaTech at guardivatech.com. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak periods, and customs or local delivery conditions.

Shipping destinations

We ship to selected European destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During high demand periods, processing may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery time estimates

Estimated delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. In most cases, deliveries arrive within 7 to 13 business days after dispatch. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

If you offer free shipping, state it clearly and consistently. Example wording you can use if it matches your store settings: Free shipping is available on orders over €65. If your threshold is different, update this amount to match your checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier.

Address accuracy and changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may need to pay a reshipping fee to send it again.

Customs, VAT, and duties

For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT may apply according to local rules and will be handled as shown at checkout.

If your order is shipped to a destination where import duties or customs fees apply, these charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. GuardivaTech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays, lost packages, and damaged deliveries

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier updates, especially during weekends and holidays.

If your package appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. In many cases, carriers require a waiting period before a shipment is considered lost.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange the correct replacement and provide the appropriate return instructions.
